Balance Me is a British, privately owned, award-winning and fast-growing natural skincare brand. We're on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help bring our award-winning products to market, efficiently and at scale.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain — from production and freight through to warehouse operations and wholesale order processing. You'll be the key link between our third-party factories, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You'll also line-manage our Customer Care Lead and get involved in exciting new projects as we grow.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a similar supply chain or purchasing role
• Highly numerate, with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Unleashed experience a strong advantage)
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Confident communicator, proactive, and results-driven
• A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Experience in Beauty or FMCG is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Production

• Own stock set-up, control, and demand forecasting, including managing packaging changes
• Source and place production purchase orders, organise freight, and receipt stock
• Manage relationships with third-party factories, warehouses, and packaging suppliers as key point of contact
• Lead on QC and issue resolution, staying current on product claims and legal requirements

Sales & Customer Operations

• Manage the Customer Care Lead on goods-out, customer service, and performance against agreed KPIs
• Drive efficiencies in our order management systems and processes
• Oversee our third-party warehouse relationship, identifying and delivering efficiencies

Strategic & Cross-Functional

• Provide regular performance reporting (via Unleashed and Excel) to inform future strategy
• Take ownership of critical path management, driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, reduced lead times, and lower costs
• Keep the wider team informed on stock levels and delivery status at all times
• Collaborate across the business to ensure operational requests are handled quickly and efficiently
