What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate freight movement, route planning, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
• Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and transport teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Manage logistics budgets, operational resources, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Analyse operational data and recommend improvements that enhance service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop logistics teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight operations, warehouse management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, fleet coordination, or distribution processes is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £5,200.00-£7,000.00 per month
