House Manager – Private Family VillaWe are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the operations of a private villa for an UHNW family in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards at all times.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all household staff, including housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, gardeners, and external contractors.
• Oversee property maintenance, preventive servicing, renovations, and vendor management.
• Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate family requests, events, travel preparations, and special projects.
• Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional personalized service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a private UHNW residence or 5-star luxury hotel.
• Previous experience managing luxury residential properties or private estates is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
