We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale residential high-rise developments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience managing residential high-rise properties with 500+ units.
• Strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including hard and soft services.
• Experience managing FM service providers, contracts, budgets, and service delivery.
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and statutory compliance.

Experience working with Owners Associations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall facilities operations of residential towers and communities.
• Ensure efficient delivery of hard and soft FM services through in-house teams and contractors.
• Oversee maintenance of all MEP, HVAC, fire and life safety, and building systems.
• Monitor contractor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead asset preservation initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
• Liaise with residents, property management teams, and Owners Association representatives.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management.
