As an IT Business Analyst at Ivy Partners you will:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.

Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

About you !Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project delivery frameworks.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to challenge requirements constructively and drive discussions with stakeholders.

Team player with a strong customer-focused approach.
