Our client is looking for a Temporary Data Transfer Administrator to join a busy People Operations Team, supporting a company-wide data migration project. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy detailed administrative work, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing

• Transferring and organising company information between systems
• Recreating documents, layouts and content accurately
• Checking data for completeness, formatting and accuracy
• Supporting teams across the business with information migration
• Ensuring sensitive information is handled confidentially
• Following established processes and standards to maintain data quality

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written English, spelling and grammar skills
• Comfortable working with different systems and technology
• A methodical approach and willingness to complete repetitive tasks accurately
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling information
