Job Purpose

We are seeking a professional, proactive Administrative & Media Support Officer with strong aptitude for online media management and design aesthetics to join our team at our beautifully appointed Bloomsbury Square offices.

We are seeking a professional, proactive Administrative & Media Support Officer with strong aptitude for online media management and design aesthetics to join our team at our beautifully appointed Bloomsbury Square offices.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a well-organized individual with exceptional communication and multitasking skills to support variety of administrative functions while contributing to the creation of visually compelling presentations and internal communications materials.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will work closely with Shipping, Real Estate and Accounts team in administrative matters while also assisting to deliver a seamless, professional experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Assume office management duties as needed.
• Manage calendars and schedules efficiently, especially during busy periods.
• Apply strong presentation and design skills to produce clear, professional, and visually engaging materials.
• Design content for effective internal communication as per company’s branding standards.
• Support daily reception activities, when needed including handling phone calls, emails and welcoming visitors.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure necessary arrangements are in place.

Candidate's profile

• Proven work experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong educational background, preferably with a focus on business administration, media, or marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proactive mindset with can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.

Fluency in additional language and international work experience are considered advantageous.
