📝 Rquirements

• 5–8+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum / Kanban
• Experience in product teams (not pure waterfall projects)
• Comfortable managing dependencies across squads
• Proficient in tools such as Jira and Confluence (mandatory)

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
• Enable smooth sprint execution and commitment predictability
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, risks, dependencies)
• Remove impediments and escalate blockers where required
• Support Build + Run delivery (development + production support within sprints)
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Tech Lead, and vendor teams
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
