On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Marketing Consultant for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Digital Marketing Consultant - Job Description

The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across bank’s owned channels. This role involves recommending and implementing digital channel personalization and testing opportunities based on data-driven insights. The consultant will use Agile Marketing methodology to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Consultant - Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely launches and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Agile Marketing methodology to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign delivery speed and quality.
• Provide actionable solutions through effective problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Track campaign performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target.
• Deliver ongoing and final campaign test reports to key stakeholders.

Digital Marketing Consultant - Mandatory Skills

• End-to-end digital campaign management with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, or similar tools.
• User experience with Adobe Workfront for planning and project work assignment/tracking.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentations for leadership audiences.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for campaign outcomes.

Digital Marketing Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills

• Banking/fintech experience.
• Jira experience.

Digital Marketing Consultant – Assignment Length

This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role.
