EXIT Realty Stars is a professional and growing real estate brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and agents. We are looking for a motivated , organized, and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our team.

Duties

• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
• Respond to emails and assist with office correspondence.
• Prepare and organize real estate documents and transaction files.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support real estate agents and management with daily administrative tasks.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Keep the reception area and office organized, presentable.
• Assist with marketing material, social media posts, and basic office projects as needed.
• Complete assigned daily tasks before the end of each day.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer applications.

Bookkeeping and Quickbooks know how will be plus.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethics.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
