About DreampassDreampass is Trevolution's travel subscription product — a loyalty and benefits program sold across ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, Vagamo and Oojo. Members earn Dreamcoins on every booking, access travel benefits (eSIM, lounge access, insurance, hotels), and redeem cashback on future trips.
The program has real traction — over 200,000 bookings, $6.4M in Dreamcoins issued — but the growth mechanics haven't been built yet. Attach rate is the primary acquisition lever. Activation is low. Only 10.5% of issued Dreamcoins have ever been redeemed. The freemium-to-paid upgrade path is underdeveloped. There's no referral program.
The renewal rate is the most important number in the business and it has room to move.
This role exists to build the growth system that turns Dreampass into a self-sustaining flywheel.
What You'll Own:1. Dreamcoin Loyalty ProgramThe Dreamcoin program is the primary retention and re-engagement currency for Dreampass. You own it end-to-end — not just as a mechanic, but as a strategic asset.
- Design and maintain the earn structure across all brands and tiers: earn rates, earn events (booking, referral, welcome, anniversary, behavior-based bonuses), and the tier differentiation logic
- Own redemption policy: caps, expiry rules by tier, minimum thresholds — with a bias toward removing friction for paying members
- Launch and iterate on the welcome bonus (tied to app download) and annual renewal bonus — the two structural re-engagement moments in the member lifecycle
- Model program unit economics with Finance: every mechanic change gets a liability and margin model before it ships
- Own program health metrics: overall redemption rate, cohort utilization, first-redemption rate, second-redemption rate
-
- Member Activation & Lifecycle
- Getting a member from purchase to their first meaningful use of the product — and then to a second — is the core retention problem.
- You own the strategy that solves it.
- Identify the “aha moment”: the specific first action that statistically predicts renewal.
- Let that finding drive onboarding sequencing, notification logic, and save offer design
- Build and maintain the member lifecycle framework (CJM): every stage from first purchase through renewal or cancellation, with defined triggers, messages, and success metrics at each stage
- Translate the lifecycle framework into a CRM brief — the standing instructions the CRM team executes on: what to send, when, through which channel, and what metric determines success
- Drive Dreamcoin-redemption; identify and remove every barrier between a member's first earn and first spend
-
- Retention & Monetization
- Renewal rate is the single most important metric this role is accountable for.
- You own the product levers that move it.
- Own the freemium upgrade path: upgrade flow design, paywall timing and copy, tier architecture, and the behavioral triggers that initiate the upgrade prompt
- Design and iterate on save offers for members at risk of cancelling: price reductions, benefit upgrades, pause options — tested systematically by brand, tier, and churn reason
- Define the renewal strategy: messaging sequence, timing, and the handoff between what brands control and what Dreampass controls
- Build the win-back approach for lapsed members: segment by recency and churn reason, define the offer, and own the targeting logic
-
- Growth Loops & Acquisition
- Attach rate is the top-of-funnel input that everything downstream compounds on. You own the product levers that drive new member volume.
- Own the Dreamcoin referral program end-to-end: coin incentive structure, sharing UX, referral funnel, and conversion tracking from signup through first booking
- Design the engagement trigger architecture: the rules that determine when the product communicates with a member, through which channel, with what suppression logic to avoid over-messaging
- Drive the freemium engagement flywheel: behavior-based coin bonuses, surprise drops, and persistent upgrade nudges that keep non-converting freemium members warm
-
- Experimentation & Analytics
- You make decisions from data and build the infrastructure that makes good data possible.
- Maintain a prioritized experiment backlog: each hypothesis scored by impact, confidence, and ease.
- Write experiment specs before engineering starts — hypothesis, segment, sample size, primary metric, guardrail metrics
- Own the growth dashboard: attach rate by brand, freemium conversion rate, time-to-first-activation, renewal rate by tier and cohort, save rate, Dreamcoin redemption rate
- Ensure every new feature ships with a clean analytics tracking spec — you sign off on instrumentation before a feature goes live
- Run regular cohort deep-dives to spot behavioral shifts before they show up in headline metrics; share findings with Andrei and the broader team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in product management, with meaningful time in growth, lifecycle, or loyalty — ideally in a subscription or travel business
- You have moved a retention or activation metric that mattered: you can describe what you changed, why, and what happened
- Comfortable with financial modeling: you can build a unit economics model for a cashback program and defend your assumptions to a finance team
- Data-first: you define metrics before you build, run clean experiments, and don't confuse correlation with causation
- Strong writer: your specs are unambiguous, your briefs give CRM and engineering what they need to execute without a follow-up meeting
- Cross-functional range: you've worked across product, engineering, marketing, and finance — and you know when to align vs. when to decide
- Nice to Have:
- Background in airline, hotel, or subscription loyalty — earn/burn mechanics, tier design, program economics
- Experience designing referral programs or consumer virality mechanics
- Hands-on with CRM and push notification platforms
- Experience managing a product across multiple brands or customer segments
- Exposure to subscription billing, dunning, and save flow mechanics
