Position PurposeThis role leads the deployment and scaling of the AI for Sales & Marketing program across the organization. Acting as the central program manager, the objective is to ensure effective adoption, value realization, and operational integration of AI use cases across regions and functions.

The role serves as the bridge between business (Sales & Marketing), DTIT, regional AI champions, and corporate functions (HR, Internal Communications) to drive coordinated execution, structured onboarding, and AI literacy at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Program Deployment & Governance Lead end-to-end deployment of the AI for Sales & Marketing program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and governance frameworks.
• Structure and monitor program roadmap, milestones, risks, and value delivery.
• Coordinate with DTIT to ensure technical enablement and prioritization of use cases.
• Adoption & Regional Engagement Partner with regional AI champions to drive local execution and scaling of AI solutions.
• Track adoption metrics, usage, and business impact; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate best practice sharing and cross-region alignment.AI Enablement, Change Management & Communication Lead structured onboarding and enablement of Sales & Marketing users, including training plans and support models.
• Drive change management initiatives to accelerate adoption and embed AI into daily workflows.
• Collect user feedback to continuously improve tools, adoption, and deployment approach.
• Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications to develop AI literacy initiatives and communication materials.
• Develop and deliver clear communication on AI use cases, benefits, and guidelines.
• Support leadership communication and promote an AI-driven culture across the organization.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting Define and track KPIs related to adoption, productivity gains, and business impact.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and governance reviews.
• Profile (Candidate’s Skills) Experience: 7+ years in Program Management, Sales & Marketing operations, or Digital/AI transformation, ideally in a large multinational and/or technology company.
• AI & Digital Acumen: Expertise in AI use cases in Sales & Marketing with the ability to drive deployment at scale.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders globally.
• Execution Focus: Strong program management discipline with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Change Leadership: Experience in driving adoption and behavioral transformation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to senior stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Copilot, ChatGPT, and understanding of AI deployment tools and infrastructure
