Donegal (onsite)Competitive salary Kura is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing international technology company in West Donegal by seeking an experienced leader to head up its Customer Support, Technical Support, Field Engineering and training functions, as the business scales across multiple regulated sectors.

This is a senior leadership role, driving operational excellence and customer experience across multiple teams during a period of rapid international growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Customer Support, Technical Support, Field Engineering and Field Training teams
• Own departmental KPIs and deliver reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure SLAs are consistently met and manage escalations for strategic accounts
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality standards; ensure regulatory/audit compliance
• Oversee scheduling and resource planning for installations, servicing, and technical delivery
• Build a strong training and development culture across the department
• Contribute to service strategy, tenders, and key account engagements

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' management experience in customer service, technical support, or field service
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with a strong KPI/operational focus
• Excellent communication and escalation-handling skills
• Strong CRM proficiency
• Experience in a regulated industry desirable
• Familiarity with recognised quality/ISO standards desirable

• Full-time, on-site role based in the Northwest of Ireland.
