Scrum Master

Contract Scrum Master – Retail Digital TransformationContract Outside IR35 Hybrid/Remote Up to £550 per day Initial 6 monthsIm currently supporting a major retail organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and am looking to speak with experienced Scrum Masters to join a number of high-profile delivery teams.

Youll play a key role in driving Agile delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams, helping to embed Agile best practices while ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital products and platforms.

What youll be doing:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Removing delivery blockers and enabling high-performing teams.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and stakeholders to deliver business value.

Tracking delivery metrics and supporting effective sprint planning and forecasting.

Helping scale Agile ways of working across a large enterprise environment.

What were looking for:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master within complex enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional software engineering and product teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Previous experience within retail, eCommerce or customer-facing digital products would be advantageous.
