Senior Financial Analyst

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global healthcare organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst to join its EMEA Operations Finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across the EMEA region while driving process improvements and business performance.

Key responsibilities include

• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Providing commercial analysis and business partnering support.
• Monitoring financial controls and supporting audit activities.
• Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional finance and operational teams.
• Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

About you

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI or similar systems is advantageous.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
