Lumino The Dentists is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of practices across North Auckland and Northland, driving operational excellence while supporting our teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across North Auckland and Northland to achieve operational, commercial, and clinical success.

Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused practices.

Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.

Drive workforce planning, practice performance, and the successful delivery of regional and national initiatives.

Foster a positive culture that reflects Lumino's values and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly organised with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and operational excellence.A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and improving performance.
