Warehouse Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of the finished goods and raw materials warehouses. You’ll own inventory accuracy, DIFOT performance and food safety compliance, while building a high performing warehouse team that supports production and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receipt, storage, picking and dispatch
• Drive DIFOT, inventory accuracy and food safety and quality compliance
• Plan labour and resources to meet production schedules and customer delivery timeframes
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team, embedding a strong safety-first culture
• Manage cycle counts and stock takes, investigating and resolving variances
• Oversee WMS master data, warehouse equipment and pallet management
• Support GMP/HACCP and MPI audits, driving corrective actions to completion
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems
• Key Skills & Experience

Required

• Proven warehouse leadership experience, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCGContinuous Improvement mindset and a Heath and Safety focus
• Confident people leader with a track record of managing performance and engagement in a busy operation
• Forklift / Reach license
• Experience with MPI audits and GMP/HACCP environments highly advantageous
