Project Manager/Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will drive project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project/program delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project governance, planning, and steering committee meetings.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, or Consulting environments.
• Experience leading digital transformation, data, technology, or operational programs.
