About This TeamThe core mandate of the Supply Chain Product Management (PdM) team is to solvecomplex Supply Chain challenges by operating as a thought partner to the business anddelivering tangible software Products across every stage of the Product lifecycle.

Tomeet our Supply Chain stakeholder needs, we partner closely with operational leaders,Technology counterparts, engineering, project leaders, and program management tobuild the Product strategy and roadmap as well as deliver high impact softwareProducts that enable leading Supply Chain capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

• In this role you will lead the day-to-day execution and be the point of contact for one ormore mid-scale and mid-complexity Supply Chain technical Product(s). You willpromote a user-centric mindset, collaborate daily to deliver the desired Productcapabilities, and mentor Product Analysts to develop and grow in your programs.
• Responsible for understanding how specific Product(s) align with the broader
• Supply Chain strategy, capabilities to be delivered, and technology or datarequired.
• Define and execute a backlog of work items (epics and user stories) bycollaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and plan Agile sprints.
• Solve for the core Supply Chain technical challenge by capturing requirements,creating user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, and aligning on a clear
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each release.
• Work with Agile scrum teams to drive the delivery of scoped Product features,partner with Technology to translate the business requirements into technicalspecifications, and iterate to find the optimal solution considering effort,complexity, and value.
• Lead Product demos, identify testing requirements, determine training needs,and support the Product-sign off process with stakeholders.
• Address feedback and bugs identified during testing or post - release, cultivatinga continuous improvement culture to increase Product quality and userexperience.
• Inspire and train Product Analysts on Product Management / Agile approachesand frameworks, providing instructions, manuals, and day-to-day mentorshipthrough a structured management style.
• Own end to end WMS product delivery for warehouse implementations, fromrequirements and configuration through testing, cutover, go live, and postimplementation stabilization.
• Translate DC operational workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing,shipping, inventory) into prioritized WMS epics and user stories in partnershipwith Operations, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications Experience

• Product Management: 1 - 3 years Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology,
• Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; advanced degreepreferred;
• Product Management certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering and deploying technical products in an agileenvironment.
• Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellentanalytical and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidancewhile adhering to specified deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to listen, collaborate effectively, and adjust to situations that involveconflicting goals.
• Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting onproductive feedback.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology, andmetrics.
• Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.), andframeworks for technical products (initiatives, features, epics, user stories). Capacity to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain quality, detail, and organization.
• Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience;

Compensation And Benefits

Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophythat recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring rangefor this position is from $112,200 - $147,200 annually; the base pay offered is based onmarket location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in thisposition may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to programeligibility requirements.
