Our Story

The West family was formed in 2006 when our Directors identified an opportunity for a recruitment agency to do things a little differently. We know that business is built from hard work but more importantly – passion and collaboration. We now proudly provide recruitment services to the Sydney marketplace across Accounting & Finance, HR, Technology, Business Support, Engineering and Operations.

In 2025 we launched an exciting and fresh new brand that is still very much part of the West family but has a fresh and new vibe. We now have offices based in Parramatta and Newcastle - though we offer hybrid working environments for those who choose. People are at the heart of what we do in all areas – our clients, our candidates, and our team.

We are currently looking to add to our Parramatta team by hiring a Consultant to join our team. This is a 360-degree recruitment role with a loyal and diverse client base in a consistently busy market. This is a role that you can take to the next level, and will see you working with a team of Consultants who are proven and achieving success within their markets.
