The Opportunity

You'll lead projects from inception through to completion, acting as the trusted advisor to clients while managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and driving successful project outcomes.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be given increasing responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the business. This isn't simply another delivery role - it's an opportunity to position yourself for a future leadership role within the consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Manage procurement strategies, consultant appointments and contract administration.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and consultant teams.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior Project Managers.
• Contribute to business growth and strategic initiatives alongside senior leadership.

About You

6+ years' experience within a client-side consultancy, developer or project advisory environment.

Proven experience delivering commercial, workplace, education, health, residential or mixed-use developments.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in procurement and contract administration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and building lasting client relationships.
