Role Description This temporary Google Advertisement Expert role is based in Toronto, ON and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Google Advertisement Expert will plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns to support Minera Virray’s marketing objectives within the mining consulting space.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, creating targeted ad groups, writing ad copy, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing bids and budgets. The role also involves analyzing traffic and conversion data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to increase lead quality and return on ad spend.

Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and maintain consistent messaging is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to evaluate campaign performance, interpret metrics, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to present insights clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and create concise, engaging ad copy.
• Use of Google Tools like Google Ads, Floodlight, Ads 360, Display & Video 360, and Campaign Manager 360
• Marketing experience, including online advertising and familiarity with Google Ads tools, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.
• Understanding of Sales processes and lead generation to align advertising efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns) and using Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of or interest in the mining industry and B2B consulting is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
