About the Role

We are a fast-growing fintech venture of QFIN Group, launching our lending business in Canada. We are looking for a Product Manager with native-level English to drive product strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence in our lending products.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on product management experience, with a deep understanding of the Canadian lending market.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for Canadian lending products, aligned with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: ideation, launch, iteration, and optimization.

Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, competitive products, regulatory changes, and customer needs in Canada.

Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, data, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and streamline product processes.

Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk management.

Track and benchmark competitor products, market offers, and industry best practices to inform product strategy.

Ensure products comply with Canadian regulations and internal risk frameworks.

Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Native-level English proficiency.

3–5 years of product management experience in financial services, lending, or fintech.

Strong understanding of the Canadian lending market, including competitive landscape, regulations, and customer behavior.

Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and performance measurement.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in customer journey mapping, product process optimization, and market research.
