Business Development Manager

ParcelDirect.ie is Ireland’s leading online logistics provider and carrier-agnostic parcel shop network. With over 400 partner locations nationwide, we make shipping simple by connecting thousands of SMEs with global leaders like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and GLS.We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Cork-based team in person and drive our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients, logistics partners, and local store networks.

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through face-to-face and phone outreach.

Process & Technology Implementation: Collaborate with our Development Team to roll out new retail technologies and processes across our 400+ parcel shops.

Customer Success: Deliver exceptional customer experience and offer tailored shipping and logistics solutions to our growing network.

Who You Are

• (Requirements):
• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
• Mindset: A "roll your sleeves up" attitude, a can-do mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills

• High customer focus, excellent communication, and a strong, proactive drive to win new business.
• Credentials: Fluent English and a Full Clean Irish Driving Licence.
