Recruiter

We are working with a leading life sciences company to hire a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate.

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a range of business functions, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent.

Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, this role provides strategic recruitment support, market insights, and data-driven recommendations to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and employer branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and deliver hiring plans that meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, recruitment marketing, and networking initiatives.
• Ensure accurate management of recruitment data, job postings, candidate records, and reporting while leveraging recruitment systems and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous process improvements to enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions and manage multiple concurrent hiring campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), and talent acquisition best practices.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results to tight deadlines.
