Group Finance Manager

With our footprint continuing to expand we are looking for a dedicated and professional Group Finance ManagerGroup Finance Manager Location: Dubai, UAEThe Group Finance Manager supports the Group Financial Controller across monthly reporting, balance sheet review, budgeting, and the Group's audit and Annual Report processes, including leading the internal audit function.

The role acts as a key point of continuity for the Group finance function, deputising for the Group Financial Controller during the end-of-month process and providing support across corporate development activity as required

Responsibilities

• Assist with balance sheet reviews
• Act as substitute for the Group Financial Controller for the end-of-month (EOM) process
• Assist with the budget process
• Lead the Group internal audit function
• Prepare accounting papers
• Prepare Audit Committee papers
• Responsible for the Annual Report process
• Prepare Half Year reports
• Lead the Group external Year End Audit and Half Year Review, acting as main point of contact with external auditors
• Accountable for meeting subsidiary statutory audit deadlines
• Provide ad hoc compliance and governance support as required
• Assist with the take-on process and handover for new entities and Corporate Development
• Support team performance reviews and development

Job Requirements

• Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and IFRS/SYSCOHADA knowledge
• Sound understanding of audit processes and statutory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including liaising with external auditors
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across reporting, audit, and budget cycles
• Primary Qualification: CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification
• Academic Qualification: Business, Finance, or related degree
• Must be fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job
• Able and willing to travel as required
• Experience

• 5+ years' experience in financial reporting, audit, or a similar Group finance role
