Senior Finance Manager

Job Purpose

To lead the execution of financial reporting integration activities for the acquired subsidiary and ensure timely implementation of Group accounting policies, consolidation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, management reporting frameworks, controls and finance systems integration.

This role acts as the key delivery lead across the Finance Integration workstream scope covering IFRS 3, IFRS transition, consolidation, regulatory reporting, MI, systems and controls.

Banking finance and reporting environment.

Strong IFRS exposure.

Experience of large transformation or integration projects.
