YOUR MISSION ____________As part of the creation of a new position, we are currently looking for a Head of Financial Controlling EMEA, based in Dubai, who will work closely with teams across Middle East & Africa and Europe.

As the Head of Financial Controlling for EMEA Market, you will lead the financial controlling function, driving rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights for the organization.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and strategic utility of financial information, reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager and working in close collaboration with MAKE UP FOR EVER Central Finance team and Controlling Director of LVMH Beauty Middle East Division. Your role is critical in shaping financial narrative and contributing to the strategic direction through precise financial management.

Your main responsibilities in this role include: Strategic Business Partnership & Commercial Insights Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic vision. Provide critical financial analysis and projections to assist in the development and negotiation of commercial agreements, offering data-driven recommendations based on cost/revenue analysis.

Continuously assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy. Develop and implement tools to provide critical financial and operational information to the GM, making actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations for cost reduction and profit improvement. Drive structural changes to ensure the long-term profitability improvement of the brand.

Lead financial aspects of business transformation initiatives, new business opportunities, Work closely with MAKE UP FOR EVER's business and marketing teams, both in MEA and in Europe, to co-build a genuine strategic steering tool together: relevant budget, business model, and scenariosturn data into decisions anticipate operational risks and adjust our scenarios accordingly.

Financial Control & Strategic OversightDrive a holistic financial understanding of the EMEA region, encompassing P&L and Balance Sheet/Cash, ensuring strategic alignment of all financial reporting.

Lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, and annual budgets. Defend underlying assumptions and provide clear articulation of any variances against previous budgets, leveraging commercial awareness of changes in the business landscape to aid strategic decision-making.

Oversee the end-to-end financial controlling process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment across all financial reporting. As part of this newly created role, identify and implement opportunities to strengthen financial controlling practices across the EMEA scope, with a particular focus on building synergies and harmonizing processes between MEA and Europe.

Review and challenge existing cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support the business in improving spending discipline while preserving strategic priorities and growth ambitions.

Performance Analysis & Executive ReportingLead the Finance Controlling team in the preparation and distribution of detailed financial reporting packages, providing robust comparisons relative to comparable historical periods and budget with qualitative commentary.

Prepare and present budget exercises, regular business reviews, and pre-board meeting materials for C-level executives. Manage regular communication with HQ financial direction, including strategic reviews with the Global CFO to provide comprehensive regional updates and present optimization opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a strong Finance Controlling team based in Paris, Dubai and Saoudi Arabia, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, analytical excellence, team spirit, business partner mindset, and accountability.

Assure a strong collaboration with all MAKE UP FOR EVER teams in MEA and Europe, as well as with the Central Finance team, and the PCDO Finance team.YOUR PROFILE ____________Master’s degree in finance & controlling, and a minimum of 10 years of successful professional experience in finance and controlling are a must.

• Previous experiences in the Middle East and/or the Cosmetics / Luxury industry are a strong advantage
• Very Proficient user of the MS Office package
• Fluent in English and French, Arabic can be a significant advantage but is not compulsory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
