Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Applications Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on functional experience in EAM implementations, application support, business process analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and support EAM modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support application upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management.
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployments.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide end-user training and functional guidance.
