Oracle NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, customize, support, and optimize Oracle NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional ERP expertise and technical development skills, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional ResponsibilitiesØ Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.Ø Configure NetSuite modules in accordance with business requirements and best practices.Ø Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal business solutions.Ø Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).Ø Support business process redesign and ERP optimization initiatives.Ø Configure workflows, approval processes, forms, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports.Ø Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing.Ø Deliver end-user training and prepare user documentation.Ø Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.Ø Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical ResponsibilitiesØ Develop and customize NetSuite using Suite
• Script 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet).Ø Design and maintain Suite
• Flow workflows for business process automation.Ø Create and maintain Saved Searches, Suite
• Analytics Workbooks, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.Ø Develop PDF/HTML templates using Advanced PDF/HTML and Free
• Marker.Ø Build and maintain custom records, custom fields, forms, and transaction types.Ø Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, and Suite
• Talk.Ø Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications such as CRM, WMS, banking platforms, HRMS, eCommerce, and logistics systems.Ø Support data migration activities using CSV Import, Suite
• Cloud Development Framework (SDF), and integration tools.Ø Troubleshoot performance issues, script errors, and integration failures.Ø Manage Suite
• Bundler deployments and assist with release management.

• JSON and XMLExperienceØ 8–10 years of ERP consulting or application support experience.Ø At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.Ø Experience in at least Two full-cycle NetSuite implementation.Ø Experience in ERP customization, integrations, data migration, and production support.Ø Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational business processes.Ø Experience working with implementation partners and cross-functional teams.Ø Agile Project Management Experience is am added advantage Educational QualificationsØ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Ø NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certificationsØ NetSuite Certified Suite
• Cloud Developer certifications (highly preferred)Ø PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
