ABOUT US

We are a growing Accounting Firm providing professional services in Accounting, Auditing, VAT Compliance, Corporate Tax Compliance, Tax Advisory, and other taxation-related services. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee client engagements, manage a team of accountants, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage and oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by junior team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review management reports and provide insights to clients and management.

2. VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance

• Review and supervise the preparation and filing of VAT returns in accordance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Oversee Corporate Tax compliance, return preparation, and filing requirements.
• Advise clients on VAT and Corporate Tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in UAE tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
• Support tax planning and advisory assignments.

3. Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Accountants.
• Allocate assignments, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review work completed by team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client communications and respond to accounting and taxation queries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service delivery.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, when required.

5. Operational & Compliance Responsibilities

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Develop and improve internal accounting and tax processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
• Assist management in achieving departmental objectives and business growth initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Tax Advisory services.
• Prior experience working in an Accounting Firm, Audit Firm, or Tax Consultancy is mandatory.
• CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax laws.
• Proven experience in managing and reviewing the work of accounting staff.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as - TALLY ERP, ZOHO, ODOO & QUICKBOOKS, MIS Reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience managing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
• Exposure to audit engagements and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of UAE compliance and regulatory requirements.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
