Compliance Executive

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend actionable strategies for mitigation.

Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to established policies, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.

Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and legal advisors, to enhance the organization's compliance posture.

Investigate compliance violations and manage resolution processes, ensuring that appropriate disciplinary actions are taken when necessary. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within a corporate setting.

Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in compliance are highly desirable.

Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
