Real Estate Administrator with Basic Accounts Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a well-organized and reliable Admin cum Accounts Executive to support daily office operations, basic accounting, and simple HR coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office documents, filing, and records- Prepare invoices and track payments- Handle petty cash and basic expense entries- Maintain attendance and staff records- Assist in posting job ads and screening CVs- Call candidates and arrange interviews- Coordinate interview schedules with management and agents- Support property documentation and CRM updates- Handle emails, calls, and general office coordination- Assist management with day-to-day admin tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of admin or accounts experience- Basic MS Excel and accounting knowledge- Good communication and organizational skills- Real estate experience is a plus- UAE residency/valid visa preferred
