Facilities & Office Coordinator - UAE National

As a Facilities & Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. You will manage reception activities, support office administration, coordinate supplies and courier services, and work closely with facilities and security teams to maintain an efficient workplace.

What You’ll Bring

UAE National with a Family Book.

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.

6 months to 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.

Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Professional, energetic, and service-oriented approach.
