How You’ll Make An ImpactAs a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various business functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Participating in rotations across different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources) to gain a holistic understanding of Hitachi's business.

Assisting senior management with project planning, execution, and reporting, contributing to strategic initiatives.

Conducting market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to support business development efforts.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

Developing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders on project updates and findings.

Learning and applying Hitachi's values, business principles, and operational best practices.

Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills.

Contributing to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals.

Your BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong academic record with a demonstrable aptitude for learning and problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.A keen interest in Hitachi's industries and technologies.

Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and environments.

Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
