IT Systems Specialist (ERP Mircosoft Dynamics|AI Digital transformation )

One of our mid-size operating client in FMCG distribution & supplies, is seeking to hireERP & IT Systems Specialist to manage, support, and continuously improve our enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity environment, and digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our ERP systems, IT operations, databases, networks, business applications, and end-user technology services.ERP & Business SystemsManage, maintain, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.

Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and business platforms.

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support.

Lead ERP upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.

Support and maintain legacy ERP applications developed in Visual Basic and SQL.Database Management & ReportingAdminister Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

Ensure database security, integrity, backup, and disaster recovery.

Support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives.

Infrastructure & CybersecurityManage Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security.

Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.

Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices.

Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.AI, Automation & Digital TransformationIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies.

Implement workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.

Support Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

Contribute to digital transformation projects across the organization.IT Operations & End-User SupportManage employee IT requirements, hardware, software, and system access.

Provision and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user training when required.

Maintain IT asset inventories and lifecycle management processes.

Software, Licensing & Vendor ManagementManage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and compliance.

Administer company domains, hosting services, and digital platforms.

Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve business performance.

Project ManagementLead IT and ERP projects from planning through implementation.

Collaborate with management, business departments, vendors, and consultants.

Support technology strategy development aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.4+ years of experience in ERP administration, IT infrastructure, and systems support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL development, and reporting.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting end users and managing enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Visual Basic-based legacy applications.
• Experience with Power BI and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
