Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Executive with a strong background in selling Microsoft 365 (M365) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with a Microsoft Partner, possess excellent consultative selling skills, and be capable of generating business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and closing high-value IT solution deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.Promote and sell Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and business decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, solution demonstrations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Presales and Technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking in CRM.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Develop strategic account plans for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Solution Sales.
• Proven experience selling Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, ERP/CRM offerings, or Digital Transformation services.
• Experience selling to SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise customers.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
• Experience handling the complete sales lifecycle.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
