Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead / Elite Defence AI Team / London A rapidly scaling defence technology company is looking for an exceptional Delivery Lead to help drive the delivery of software powering the next generation of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.

• 5+ years' experience delivering complex software or technical programmes in high-growth technology companies
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Comfortable balancing priorities, managing risk, and delivering in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with a highly organised, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong technical understanding of modern software engineering and cloud-based products Nice to have:
• Experience within AI, robotics, defence, autonomous systems, or other deep-tech environments
• Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager
