Role Overview

This position will focus on leading analysis for strategic, forward-looking initiatives, working closely with both business and technology teams to define solutions, agree scope, and ensure successful delivery. You will play a key role in gathering and clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies, and driving outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis experience within core banking programmes
• Good understanding of commercial/corporate lending and credit processes
• Ability to work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to produce and maintain high-quality documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of deliverables
• Experience with Temenos Transact would be a significant advantage
• Knowledge of Contingent Liabilities is beneficial
• Comfortable working on-site to support collaboration with project teams
