Business Development & Partnerships Manager

At BrandTactics, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we're looking for an exceptional Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team. It's about opening doors, building meaningful client relationships and helping some of Ireland's best-known organisations deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.

You'll be working with our Directors to grow services, including:

Experiential Marketing Event Management Field Marketing Brand Ambassadors Promotional Staffing Retail Activation Creative Services Mobile AdvertisingWe're looking for someone who has:

• 3-5+ years' experience in business development or agency sales within Ireland/UK
• A proven record of winning new business
• Confidence presenting to senior decision makers
• Strong commercial instinct
• A network across Irish business is an advantage
• Energy, ambition and a genuine passion for building relationshipsWhat you'll receiveFull-Time: €40,000–€50,000 per annumPart-Time (3 days per week): or pro rata equivalent.
