Social Media and Client Coordinator

Manage the brand's luxury social media presence by creating high-quality jewellery content (Instagram/Snapchat/WhatsApp/TikTok), maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across platforms, and engaging with the community by monitoring DMs and comments to drive sales leads.

Conduct professional follow-up phone calls to clients and prospects to nurture leads and drive repeat sales.

Assist in the end-to-end setup, organization, and coordination of major jewellery exhibitions. Actively engage with visitors to drive on-the-spot sales, support booth management, track inventory, and ensure the display remains presentable.

Work dynamically alongside the sales team during and after events to capture interest, pitch collections, and support the closing of sales.

Provide administrative and operational support across the business. This includes executing various tasks as instructed. Proven track record in social media content strategy and planning.

Proficiency with AI-driven tools for multimedia creation and editing is highly preferred.

Advanced expertise in mobile-based photo and video editing applications.

Deep understanding of the Meta ecosystem (including Instagram and WhatsApp).

Photography skills are considered a valuable asset.

Flexibility: This role requires the ability to work extended hours and stand for long periods during busy exhibition days and events.

Language: Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
