Order Management Representative

Impact & PurposeReady to make an impact? In this role, you’ll to support our Middle East business from Dubai. This position is part of the APAC Order Management team and serves as a key operational partner for sales teams, distributors, and customers throughout the Middle East region.

LocationWe are looking for a Order Management Representative, who will join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hybrid mode of working – 3 days at the office).

Role Summary

As a Oder Management Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, licensing, invoicing support, credits, returns, and fulfillment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with regional stakeholders while remaining connected to a globally distributed Order Management organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally, and building strong relationships while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

• Support partners and sales teams throughout the order and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Process customer orders, credits, returns, licensing requests, and related transactions.
• Provide operational support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders throughout the Middle East region.
• Work closely with logistics providers and internal teams to support hardware shipments, customs clearance activities, and fulfillment requirements.
• Support complex commercial transactions, including upgrades, trade-ins, and other non-standard business scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Order Management colleagues across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to local sales, finance, compliance, and other business stakeholders.

What You Bring to The Team

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar customer-facing business support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) is preferred.
• Experience within the software, SaaS, or technology industry is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.
• Arabic and/or French language skills are a plus.

About the Team

The Global Order Management organization is part of Global Sales Operations (GSO) and supports Milestone's partners and sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Order Management plays a critical role in enabling revenue recognition, supporting partner success, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle.

This position is part of the APAC Order Management team but is based in Dubai and primarily supports the Middle East region. The role works closely with local stakeholders while collaborating daily with colleagues located across multiple regions and time zones.
