This is a client-facing role that combines sales, client experience and event coordination within a fast-paced events business.

You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, converting suitable leads into confirmed bookings, coordinating event logistics and delivering an outstanding client experience from the initial enquiry through to successful event completion.

---This is not a purely administrative position---

You will be expected to work towards monthly sales targets, maintain a structured sales pipeline and contribute to the continued growth of FrameDrop.

Working hours will vary depending on the event schedule and will regularly include evenings, weekends and public holidays during busy periods. Applicants must understand the pace, flexibility and commitment required within the events industry.

About the Role

As our Client & Events Coordinator, you will become one of the main points of contact for our clients, ensuring every booking is professionally managed from enquiry through to execution.

You will work closely with clients, venues, suppliers and our operations team to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard while supporting the commercial growth of the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries received via WhatsApp, email and phone
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable FrameDrop experiences
• Prepare quotations, proposals and booking confirmations
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Maintain an organised and accurate sales pipeline
• Work towards monthly booking and revenue targets
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics and venue requirements
• Gather branding, artwork and event information from clients
• Prepare event briefs and operational documentation
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues and operators
• Maintain accurate booking records and CRM data
• Support event delivery and on-site operations when required
• Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Currently based in the UAE
• Minimum two years’ experience in client servicing, events, account coordination, sales coordination or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Highly disciplined with client follow-up and attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and performance objectives
• Able to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and deadlines simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM systems, booking platforms and event-related software
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the event schedule
• Willing to attend events and support operations on-site as required

Strong Advantages

• Previous UAE events/Photobooth industry experience
• Experience managing enquiries, quotations and booking conversions
• Experience coordinating corporate events, brand activations or weddings
• CRM or sales pipeline management experience
• UAE driving license - BIG ADVANTAGE
• Familiarity with photo booths, event technology or interactive event experiences
• Comfortable appearing in promotional social media content representing the brand
• Confident speaking on camera and engaging with audiences in short-form video content for social media marketing purposes

Salary

AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on experience, capability and overall suitability.

Performance-based incentives may be offered based on individual contribution and business results.

Work Environment

Office-based with regular attendance at events and client sites.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
