Technical Account Manager / Technical Implementation Manager

As our customer base continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager / Implementation Manager to ensure our customers successfully deploy, adopt and scale Privately's solutions.

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from contract signature through go-live.
• Manage technical integrations across APIs, SDKs, web, mobile and other platforms.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and deployment.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and manage technical escalations.
• Deliver customer onboarding, training and technical documentation.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve adoption and long-term success.
• Help develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as we grow.

What we are looking for

4+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Project Delivery or a similar customer-facing technical role.

Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations.

Strong understanding of APIs, software integrations, cloud applications and back end development.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English.

Based in the Lausanne region with the right to work in Switzerland.

Nice to have: Experience with AI, biometrics, cybersecurity, mobile SDKs, retail technology, POS systems, or French/German language skills.
