Implement the instructions and directives issued by the direct supervisor related to the office's work.

Coordinate the direct supervisor's internal and external meetings, appointments, and visits in coordination with the relevant organizational units.

Coordinate with organizational units and external entities to provide the direct supervisor's logistical requirements, as well as the necessary documents, data, and records, as needed.

Review correspondence, prepare meeting minutes and reports, and follow up on their implementation.

Establish and maintain an electronic and hard-copy filing system for preserving all documents, records, and correspondence related to the direct supervisor.

Prepare and follow up on meeting minutes, official documents, and correspondence issued by the direct supervisor, and circulate or forward them to the concerned parties.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure its timely delivery to the relevant personnel within the office.

Provide all administrative and logistical support required by the direct supervisor in coordination with the relevant organizational units.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to the nature of the office's work as assigned by the direct supervisor.
