We're partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a national healthcare programme across Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects while working alongside clinicians, healthcare organisations and senior stakeholders.

This role is suited to a proactive, highly organised Project Manager who enjoys working independently and taking projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from planning through to implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, healthcare organisations and key stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, governance, timelines and reporting.
• Coordinate national initiatives, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks, solve problems and ensure projects remain on track.
• Act as the Ireland-based project lead while collaborating with an international team.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Proven Project Management experience delivering projects end-to-end.

Experience within healthcare, clinical services, public sector, research or the not-for-profit sector.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.A highly organised, proactive and self-motivated approach.

The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of the Irish healthcare landscape or experience working with clinicians or the HSE would be highly advantageous.A genuine passion for improving men's health and patient outcomes.
