MissionRun the day-to-day delivery management of the programme. Own planning, RAID, budget tracking and reporting, and act as the operational interface to the client PMO. Transition into the Service Delivery Manager role for the run/AMS phase after go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, critical path, dependencies and milestone tracking.
• Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation with the leadership team.
• Track budget, effort burn and forecast against the fixed-price envelope; flag deviations early.
• Produce programme reporting and run the operational interface with the client PMO.Coordinate the onshore leads and the offshore delivery streams on planning and status.
• Remain as a hypercare team member (Oct to Nov) and become the Service Delivery Manager for the AMS phase.
• Required skills and expertise
• Strong SAP project management on full-lifecycle implementations or conversions.
• Mastery of planning, RAID, budget control and earned-value tracking on fixed-price engagements.
• Experience managing blended onshore/offshore teams and factory-based delivery.SAP Activate delivery discipline;
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent an advantage.
• Clear, structured reporting to both client PMO and internal governance.
• Experience10+ years in SAP delivery with at least several years as project manager on S/4HANA or ECC programmes.
• Experience carrying a project into an AMS/run phase is a strong plus.
• Languages
