Project Manager (Agile Scrum Development)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile Scrum delivery initiatives for a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role requires a strong background in managing cross-functional Scrum teams, stakeholder engagement, product backlog management, and public sector project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the project’s product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised executable roadmap
• Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, and release governance
• Remove operational blockers and align product scope with business goals
• Escalate technical blockers to Solution Architect; own the resulting timeline and communication impact
• Track cross-team and cross division dependencies surfacing delivery risks

Requirements

• Scrum Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading digital transformation programmes in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing cross-functional Scrum teams.
• Proven experience delivering digital products within Government or Public Sector environments.
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
