Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data· Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments· Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting· Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies· Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports· Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and internal controls· Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation as needed· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy· Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required· 3+ years of accounting experience· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required · Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems required· Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accruals, and financial reporting· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills· High attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
