• Established Search are working with an international dental manufacturer with a growing presence across Europe who are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth across German-speaking Switzerland.

This role sits within a collaborative commercial team focused on developing strategic customer relationships, supporting distributor partners, and driving adoption of a premium portfolio of dental products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives by developing new business while growing existing customer relationships.
• Build long-term partnerships with dentists, specialists, dental groups, and key opinion leaders across German-speaking Switzerland.
• Work closely with distributor partners through joint customer visits, product education, and commercial planning.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational presentations to dental professionals.
• Identify new commercial opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and territory planning.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline management, and reporting through the company CRM.Represent the business at dental exhibitions, congresses, study clubs, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and international commercial teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Candidate Profile

Currently based in German-speaking Switzerland.A genuine Swiss professional with a strong understanding of the local dental market and business culture.5+ years' experience within the dental industry.

Established relationships across the Swiss dental market.

Proven success in territory sales, key account management, or business development.

Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable managing a field-based territory independently.

Strong planning, organisational, and CRM management skills.

Full driving licence required.
